The Association's main activities are:

-The provision of Mental Health Information Service
-Publication of the Way Ahead Directory of Mental Health Resources
-Provision of support groups through our Standing Committees.
-Provision of training for our support leaders and assistance in setting up
new groups.
-Depression and Mood Disorders Association and the Anxiety Disorders
Alliance
-Mental health promotion activities, including coordination of Mental Health
Week in NSW and the Depression and Anxiety Screening Day
-Membership services, including publication of Mental Health Matters, a
quarterly magazine for members.

The Association also takes up various advocacy issues and works towards
enhancing the lives of people with mental disorders.
