"Drug Awareness & Relief Movement"
A Christian, charitable organisation supported by the community and committed to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle without the use of unnecessary drugs.
Services include: Counselling (one to one or over the telephone), emergency accommodation at the Time Out Centre for people between the ages of 12 - 18, Opportunity Shops selling items of clothing & furniture, Street Vans frequenting the streets of Perth (providing a mobile support and referral service for young people on the streets), Youth Skills Training Program aimed at teaching young people life and job skills (particularly youths who are suspended from school or are truanting), Education.
The work of Drug ARM W.A. is based on a two pronged attack through preventative education and grass roots rehabilitation.
