Can-Survive
HOPELINE is the first and only telephone counseling service in the world linking patients, their families and carers facing any life-threatening illness with trained volunteers who have faced a similar crisis.
With two groups of vounteers trained thus far, we need to train many more volunteers in order to be able to establish and maintain a 24-hour, 7-day a week service accessible to all Australians regardless of their age, sex, cultural background or where they live.
