Murdoch University Veterinary Trust

The Murdoch University Veterinary Trust
raises and distributes funds to support the work of the Division of Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences at Murdoch University. Such work includes research into health and welfare issues in companion animals, horses and production animals, together with research into human disease issues. Additionally the purchase of equipment for the treatment of seriously ill pets, and facilities such as the Animal Cancer Care Unit are also examples of the beneficiaries of the Trusts fundraising efforts. Funds are also dispersed to support specific teaching projects where appropriate.

Current fundraising efforts include our "Caring for Pets Fund" which is specifically designed to support research that will benefit the future health of Pets rather as distinct from that involving production animals.
