Serendipity Farm will also be a �second chance� establishment not only for sick, injured or unwanted animals but for people too. It is our aim to employ people that would ordinarily have trouble getting on that first rung of the employment ladder. For example people who have disabilities, people who are long term unemployed and people who have had a less than perfect work history to name but a few. These people will then be able to move on from Serendipity Farm with experience and references to help them to gain employment in mainstream workforce.
