ABOUT ANGLICARE

ANGLICARE is one of the nation's largest, most vigorous welfare agencies. Established in 1856 as the welfare arm of the Anglican Church, ANGLICARE is at the forefront of providing care to families in need. Last year alone, ANGLICARE answered over 17,000 cries for crisis help, over 350 per week, and altogether cared for more than 400,000 people.

ANGLICARE provides an extensive range of services for families and children, from foster care to adoption of children with special needs, counselling, and services for children and youth with disabilities. Additional ministries include emergency relief, migrant services, ANGLICARE shops, chaplains in hospitals, prisons and juvenile institutions, and aged care.

When you support ANGLICARE financially, every cent has a role to fulfil. Over 90 cents in every dollar goes directly to helping children, families and those who are victims of tragedy and poverty.
