Guide Dogs NSW/ACT
Guide Dogs NSW/ACT provides people of all ages with varying amounts of vision loss training in techniques in orientation and mobility. Individual training utilises a variety of aids appropriate to the needs of the individual. Guide Dogs also have a Low Vision Clinic located at our Chatswood Office.
Guide Dogs also provides dogs for Pets As Therapy to help fulfil companionship needs of people who due to disability, health or age have reduced opportunities for social access.
All services are provided free of charge and the association receives no government funding whatsoever.
