Olive Pink Botanic Garden
The Olive Pink Botanic Garden is located in Alice Springs, NT in central Australia. The aim of the organisation is to promote the conservation of arid-zone plants and the environment through public education and community involvement. It was founded by the anthropologist Miss Olive Pink (1884-1975) and opened to the public in 1985. The garden relies heavily on the efforts of volunteer, public donations and tree sponsorship.
