Australian Native Dog Conservation Society Limited
The Australian Native Dog Conservation Society was established to secure the protection and preservation of wild Dingoes and educate the public about the Dingo as an integral part of Australia's native fauna and natural ecosystems.
It maintains a facility called the Dingo Sanctuary housing about thirty Dingoes where the public can learn about them hands on through educational tours.
ANDCS Limited also publishes an educational quarterly journal for its membership, raises money towards scientific research focussing on methods of establishing ancestry for preservation purposes and managing potential hereditary diseases of captive Dingo colonies.
The Organisation also provides a source of expert information to the media and, while it does not promote Dingoes as pets, to people who keep Dingoes in captivity, thereby promoting Dingo welfare.
