AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL MEMORIAL THEATRE LTD
Established in 1935 to provide training in the Arts (Opera, Ballet & Drama) the National nows operates a 783 seat Community Arts Centre in metropolitan Melbourne as well as the Schoolof Drama and the School of Ballet. As at Jan 2002 600+ students enrolled from ages 3 to adult. Diploma of Arts (Classical Dance) accredited Australia-wide and internationally.
Venue supports other not for profit community groups with reduced (or free) rentals, particularly ethnic or multi-cultural groups.
