Baptist Community Services NSW & ACT is one of Australia�s largest and leading providers of community and aged care services. BCS is a not-for-profit, Christian organisation.

BCS celebrates 60 years of service in 2004, having developed from a single aged care service provider in Carlingford to managing 40 facilities and over 11,000 community care programs across NSW and the ACT.

BCS provides personal care and practical assistance to the aged, families, troubled young people, children in crisis, the homeless, sole parents, people with a disability, victims of domestic violence, and a range of other disadvantaged groups.

Today, over 3,000 full time and part time staff contribute to the wellbeing of its clients, primarily in its residential aged care facilities and community aged care programs. Over 1,000 volunteers currently help enhance the quality of service in residential facilities and community programs and 28 chaplains contribute to the spiritual wellbeing of both staff and residents across the organisation.
