The Burdekin Association
The Burdekin Association assist young people (12-21) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Early Intervention and Family Support Program - Maintains young people with their families and prevents family breakdown where possible and appropriate.
Community Care Program - Young people (12-18) live with trained Burdekin Carers with case management support.
Youth Housing Program - Young people (16-21). Subsidised housing in the community (25% of gross income) with case management support.
