World Education Australia was established as a not for profit, company in 2003 with the mission of improving the lives of the poor in the Asia Pacific region.
WEAL works to make markets and services work more effectively for poor people. We manage and support income generation, livelihood, and local partner institutional development projects for rural communities in developing countries. The projects are designed to contribute to individual growth as well as community and national development.
WEAL is a member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID).
