Cora Barclay Centre for deaf Children
The Cora Barclay Centre is an internationally recognised provider of unique and innovative programs, which teach deaf children aged 0- 18 years, how to listen and speak. Family focused early intervention support to deaf infants includes individual sessions, Parent Infant Program and special small language groups. Specialist support services for students 5-18 years enrolled in mainstream schools, who continue to require assistance with development of audition, speech and language, are also provided. The Centre has on site audiology, cochlear implant clinic, parent counselling, mentoring and a youth mentoring and social support program.
