Mikono Association Inc
Mikono Association Inc aims to provide grants to people residing in developing nations in order to assist with the costs of study in a health related field. A proviso of these grants is that recipients must work in their country for two years after they graduate. Hence we aim to improve health care provision in these countries. We are unique in that members of the Association are able to participate in decision making regarding which applicants will receive grants. Additionally, we aim to maximise the percentage of funds donated which go to grant recipients.
