Summer Foundation
The Summer Foundation is dedicated to overcoming the concerns of a section of our society that is overlooked: the issue of younger people living in nursing homes.
Our foundation seeks to provide workable solutions that improve the health and well being of this group.
'Building Better Lives' is a collaborative state-wide capital raising campaign instigated by the Summer Foundation. 'Building Better Lives' aims to raise enough money to re-house 150 young victorians who are currently in nursing homes, or at risk of entering nursing homes into age-appropriate accommodation over a 5 year period.
